I was pleasantly surprised by this fast food chain. The quesadillas were good size and had plenty of fixings inside. They did not skimp on the meat. My wife and I split both steak and the chicken and honestly we'd go back. On one hand, we feel we can make them at home, but if we're out and not feeling like a typical fast food burger, this would definitely be a place to go.

I really wanted to try this place as it seems really popular around the Dallas area and of course I love Mexican food. I immediately checked online to see what was the favorite meals and decided to go with a quesadilla specifically I chose the Hot Hatch, no bacon. I personally didn't feel like it was necessary. I really enjoyed it. Simple and spicy but really good. The cheese hit right and I love that they use ground beef that doesn't seem like it's grade F lol I wish I took pictures. I'll come back and edit this review and add pictures. Next time I go and next time I plan to try the queso which looks really good. I also read the story of how the business came to be, which was really cool on the wall really impressed with the founder in the story. I love supporting local businesses and I'll definitely be back.

I'm a pretty big fan of ordering these for lunch (Uber eats). The dilla is just the right size and I love me some chips and queso. Well priced

I just noticed I have not updated my review here for 8 years....WHAT is UP with that? I'm going to have to stop missing my meetings. Anyways....if you like great service, great quesadillas and seriously customizable meals....well come on down to Dillas! Get the app and save some money too....rewards program is very nice and pickup is easy once you get there. I look forward to my next visit. My favorite Dilla so far? Black and Blue with steak. Yum!

I'm now a fan of Dillas! I heard they are opening one closer to me awhile back, so I wanted to come try it while in the area. I did a build a dilla to split with my kiddo, which we made as close to a street taco in quesadilla form. It was really good!!! They have an larger option that looks huge, that we may get when we have more of our family members to eat with us. As a bonus surprise, the fries are pretty decent as well! We did online order and pick up was smooth. The staff interacted well with the couple that ordered from the counter that came in right after us. They also have a drive thru option. I so very much hope they are still opening the location near me, now that I am hooked!!!

I'm glad this place exists because I got kinda tired of the surrounded fast food options. But everything was delicious. Great prices. And lots to choose from.

If you're a quesadilla fanatic like myself then you owe it to yourself to stop by Dilla's and get you a quesadilla! Dilla's covers all the bases for the slightly hungry to really hungry person because they offer two options on sizes of quesadillas. One being regular and if you want a heftier size quesadilla then ask it to be "gorilla style"! Slightly bigger tortillas with more cheese and meat of your choice! The add on selections can get a wacky which I love like choosing from bean spread, mushrooms, spinach, chile peppers, and onions! Of course you're more than welcome to customize your quesadilla a la carte! But you can also order preselected options like their famous Founder quesadilla! Stop by as they're usually not as busy, a true hidden gem!

Yum!!! Drove by this place and decided to run through the drive thru to hopefully take care of a hunger that was setting in. Being my first visit I maybe shouldn't have gone through the drive thru as I quickly learned there are a LOT of options at this place. Usually when that is the case I tend to go with basic and simple which I did...Chicken and Cheese Quesadilla. It was absolutely delicious and I will return to try more of their menu!

For me, it's hard visiting DFW and not eating at Dillas at least once during my visit. This was my first visit to this Plano location. I was headed over to the Frisco location and found this location was much closer to my hotel. After walking in, I was unenthusiastically greeted. The person behind the counter wasn't very engaging, he just stood behind the counter like a deer in headlights staring at me. It was a little awkward, but I chalked it up to just being his personality. After placing my order, I found a table and sat down. A few minutes later, my name was called. Love the speedy service! My Blue Bonnet Quesadilla was hot, delicious, and right on point. My fries were also hot and crispy. I will definitely return the next time I'm in the area. Highly Recommended!
